Pros
* It's a fun place to work with a vibrant culture and lots of opportunities to grow * At startups a lot of the times the CEO is in your face, but ours is very good at staying away from the teams and letting them do their jobs * Because it's a growing company there is a lot of potential to make the most of your role if you are willing to put effort into it * Really good product once you figure out the market gaps it solves * I'm surprised by couple negative reviews on here as these are not things I have experienced at all * Coworkers make the job very enjoyable * It's okay to make mistakes * Senior management team are approachable and down to earth
Cons
Really don't have anything negative about the company, just some things we could do better: * It's startup life so there is a lot of pressure to get stuff done and sometimes we waste time in meetings that slows down work * The onboarding processes can be ad-hoc or purely oral knowledge * Make sure employees have a safe place to share any concerns * A few managers swoop in and just drop "this is wrong" or "cant do that task cause its bad documentation" news on the team and then disappear * Can be too noisy or distracting sometimes at office, if it's really bad I just stay home or go to a room and get way more done
