      Pros

      The office was very well decorated however that was the only good part

      Cons

      - Everything there seemed fake. - They brag about how good a work culture the team has and how they care for each other. Not true. - The environment was discriminatory. - Their software system was a mixture of technologies. For someone whose who’s got expertise on a single technology, it can be very frustrating trying to understand what’s going on.. specially when no guidance is provided.

      Pros

      Everyone is just supportive, encouraging and approachable. The culture is already amazing and management continuously look for ways to improve it, kudos to that. There is so much room to grow and learn (professional and personal) AND people/management provides you training and advice to grow. Work-life balance is great, even when we're WFH there is time to get together Great benefits & nice office location

      None at all, it's an incredible place to work with.
