A lot of the people still there are great people working under bad conditions
Cons
There is no focus on employee wellbeing and likely won't be until Vista sells the business. Expect regular lay-offs to be poorly communicated. If your role isn't tied directly to revenue generation, your head will be on the chopping block at some point.
