      Every thing has its pros and cons. but here working at stayglad where i work like a family , its very hard for me to find its cons.

      1. You get a lot to learn. 2. You get complete ownership of the modules you build. 3. The team is very supportive and hard working. You can always raise issues and it will be considered.

      Cons

      1. Most of the deadlines are extremely tight. 2. Difficult to find a work life balance.

      The best management to work with..got a lot of things to learn from them

      No work/Life Balance at all... less salary and a lot of work to do..
