They like to play favorites, if you aren’t in good with the regional or someone above then you are an outcast. Over worked and never awarded for your hard work. They will let certain people slide on rules within the company but if you are on a managers bad side they will come for your job as you are easily expendable. They only have what’s in the best interest of the company and not for the employees. So much gossip throughout as well. Asked to help out at other properties because of the high turnover rate but are never compensated for travel to and from. Only one good property manager in the region.
