Cons
*Limited understanding from corporate departments of what takes place onsite and that our teams are managing multiple peoples homes and there is a lot more to running a successful property than what the financials say. *Out of pocket expenses for benefits is high. *Departments are siloed and the easiest tasks can become difficult.
