Because the company is larger, it took way to long for approvals on various task and projects. Senior/ upper management was out of touch with teams on-site even during the quarterly visits.

We hope to provide opportunites for all associates. I think there may be a timing issue in the con, as we are now smaller and quite responsive.
This company just does it right. If you want to work for a company that treats you like family, provides opportunities for growth, and just does the customer experience right both internally and externally- this is the place to be. Benefits are great, and the people are even better. I couldn't have been more proud to work for this company.

Not really any cons to speak of- pay could be a bit better, but you could say that just about anywhere.
