Pros
Articles are always available. Diverse topics. I was skeptical starting out, but after 3 months of writing with them I have not had any issues
Cons
Might not work well for those that write at a slower pace. Approval time used to be up to 0-4 weeks for a while which was a pretty big window... but it's closer 0-2 weeks on average the last couple of months, so this has improved
