You could be promised a project when you first start and then get taking off for not meeting expectations (which communication of expectations is lacking from managment) or any number of other reasons. While there is support from the leads, there's been multiple instances of them degrading or critisizing their own team members on the studio floor in front of everyone. There's no checks for the leads or managment, so it's whatever they say goes. Stability in the studio is also uncertain, as it depends on winning contracts. If they don't win enough to support the amount of people currently working there, layoffs could follow.
