Couldn't ask for a more helpful company - Reel Teen Steeltown Entertainment Project Employee Review

I honestly can't think of too many pros. I guess the only pro was that I got to meet hard working filmmakers to connect with.

So many cons. The guy who runs Steeltown has an incredibly inflated ego. He thinks that just because he made a mediocre script from the 80's that he is a Hollywood king and runs the Pittsburgh entertainment industry. He does not care about the interns what so ever. The work at Steeltown also leaves much to be desired. There were numerous days where there was no work to be done so to pass the time, the management would make me do useless tasks. Please stay away from Steeltown.

Everyone in the office (beside the president) is a pleasure to work with.

The President is a horror. He parades African American kids and employees around like he SAVED them from the streets. He treats his women employees like crap. And I mean like crap! He gives people titles to convince them to stay and then doesn't allow them to do their work. He makes working in that office a nightmare.
