A "Promotion" doesn't come with a raise | Everyone is an IT Specialist, and we all make the same wage. (besides small yearly raises) | Multiple client support under one roof | More of a customer service job than a technician job at times | As an IT Specialist, you are often doing administrative tasks instead of IT work. (I.E. Booking video conferences, setting delegate access)
