      There is plenty of work to do. Vacation time. Good as a transitional job from small firms to a larger employer.

      Cons

      Lack of training in over complicated procedures for entry level jobs.

      Fair salary and decent benefits. WFH. Skilled and knowledgeable managers.

      Leadership team doesn't seem to welcome new voices or ideas and seem stuck in the way things have always been done.
