6yThank you for taking the time to share your concerns. I’m sorry you didn’t have a great experience during your time with Steiner. In staying true to our company values, it’s important to us that our employees feel appreciated. We have a strong belief in open communication with employees and take feedback very seriously. Over the last several years, we have made significant investments directly resulting from the concerns and opportunities brought by our employees. Based on your feedback, we will improve our communication on these investments in order to bring more awareness to the team. Related to your comments on our benefits, two of our very large investments over the last several years has been improving the affordability of insurance and the development of our people. I’m proud to say that over the last two years we reduced our insurance costs by over 14%, without reducing benefits and remain focused on providing additional savings in the upcoming year. In addition, Steiner has provided many development programs and is expanding our programs this year. Providing our employees with an engaging and positive experience is one of our top priorities and we are taking actions to ensure that exists.
