It is a top priority at Steiner to exemplify our core values: customer focus, accountability, unified & knowledgeable team, uncompromising integrity, and safety. At Steiner, we do not accept poor behavior towards our employees or those we do business. You mentioned in your review above that "some employees are allowed to treat others with such open hostility and disdain" which is a situation that we do not take lightly. To keep employees accountable for their actions, we ask for your help in reporting this to Human Resources so we can address them immediately. We believe that every team member should be treated how we would want to be treated in return.
As a family-owned business for 104 years, we try to put our best foot forward and balance a team-oriented atmosphere where employees can thrive while supporting the needs of our customers.
