4yThank you for taking the time to share feedback regarding your employment experience at Steiner. I’m sorry to hear your concerns regarding favoritism and the competitiveness of our compensation and benefits program. In staying true to our company values, it’s important to us that our employees feel appreciated and treated fairly and equitably. We have a strong belief in open communication with employees and take feedback very seriously. As a result, we continue to make improvements and additional investments into our total rewards and recognition programs. We've launched a number of new benefits aimed at assisting employees with their total wellbeing through various lifestyle benefit programs, some of which include discounts at area businesses, virtual fitness benefits programs, a lifestyle spending reimbursement program and several others all funded and paid 100% by Steiner. Additionally, we have launched an expansive development program through Steiner U to develop people's professional and technical skills and prepare them for career growth. Regarding compensation, we have partnered with three outside firms that benchmark our compensation programs against national, regional and state/city benchmarks in and outside of our industry to ensure we provide a competitive total compensation and benefits package to members of the Steiner Team. Providing our team with an engaging and positive experience is one of our top priorities and we continue to take actions to ensure that exists.
