Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your sentiments regarding the changes and improvements we've been making over the last few years. In staying true to our values, it’s important to us that our employees feel appreciated and included as we continue to evolve Steiner. As with any business, it is imperative that we continually improve our value to current and potential customers, employees and suppliers. As a result, there have been a number of initiatives and investments we have made to strengthen us as a company, many of which came directly from feedback and opportunities brought by the Steiner team. Two such investments were directly related to our employee benefits. Over the last three years, we have reduced insurance costs by over 14%, while maintaining a rich plan design with many no cost or low cost features related to medical and pharmacy care. Additionally, we added new items in our insurance programs to help with stress management, weight loss, fertility and more. We also launched numerous new benefits providing perks such as a Lifestyle Spending Reimbursement program, 100% funded by Steiner, intended to reimburse you or your family members for well-being related items up to $250, discounts at businesses outside of Steiner, free virtual fitness benefits, discounted gym memberships and more. Additionally, we created Steiner U - our corporate university - which is aimed at developing and preparing team members for career growth. We also recently launched new employee recognition programs aimed at celebrating the accomplishments and milestones of our team members. There are numerous other investments and improvements within the business aimed at process improvement, revenue growth, operating efficiencies, creating differentiated value for our customers and much more. Leadership team doesn't seem to welcome new voices or ideas and seem stuck in the way things have always been done.
