Great location with many connections to be made between guests and employees. Fairly flexible with scheduling.

Pretty cheap when it comes to employee discount. Management is up and down and could be better with being more positive to staff as well as consistent with rules and regulations between all employees.

the owner is disrespectful to all staff, from servers to bartenders and managers, so this is a reason for all the staff to not really care for the place, just go and make a quick buck. The staff is rotating all the time given the fact that they get no respect from the management (some) or the owner. They distrust all the employees so much that the owner has placed cameras all over the restaurant and whenever he can, he remind the staff not to steal things. Also, the management is always rotating, you won't find a manager with more than one year in that position at Stella. there is not a corporative culture, so everybody just try to do their job the best they can and go home at the end of the night with little money. No benefits at all, just a family style meal a day before each shift. once a year the owner throws a Christmas party for the employees in February and we get a 50 dlls gift card to use at Stella (not on weekends, of course) You do not get daily tips, is biweekly, by check! ( I know this is important for some servers out there)
