The culture is very trusting which leaves a lot of room to learn and grow. So many very smart people to learn from. Lots of great people too. Sometimes things get a bit hectic but it's kinda fun.

It is a startup so pay is under market. Equity and hope almost levels it out.

PTO is great, and they have a good benefits package. The idea of the product is amazing.

Zero company direction. Salary is about 30% below industry average. No company culture. Use the "we are a start up" excuse with any complaints you bring to leadership. Honestly, its a consensus amongst my colleagues that we are all just numbers, and replaceable while leadership sits back and collects big paychecks with nothing really happening. Leadership is their own little clique. They barely socialize with anyone else in the company other than their group.
