      Cafeteria on site is good.

      Incompetent leadership, uncompetitive salaries and benefits, HR is useless and insensitive, very demoralized work force. Toxic work culture. Always needed to watch back.

      Cons

      Incompetence is systematic at this place. Supervisors don’t order required parts. Good ol boy system in full effect. When asked for feedback leadership responds with aggression. Zero progression even when you meet or exceed their requirements.
