Very cliquy, immature and unprofesisonal work environment. Toxic culture is evident but will get gaslight and ignored if you bring it up to HR and management. Lack of transparecy and honesty from the employer. Average salary, non-competitive working conditions. Should spend more time focusing on their employees instead of their public image. Overall a deceiving experience and could be a very traumatic for some employees.
