The pay is good and they have a long list of benefits, such as 401k medical and dental.
Cons
Mandatory overtime with short notice. No work life balance. If you need time of to take care of your kids while they're sick you will be disciplined. If you don't have a hectic life with kids who get sick this might be a great place for you.
