I recently had the pleasure of going through the recruitment process on at Stenn, and I must say, my experience was very positive. First and foremost, I have to commend Mike Percival, the Talent Acquisition Lead, for his exceptional professionalism. Mike was incredibly prompt in his responses and maintained clear communication throughout the entire process. It made me feel valued as a candidate and showed that the company takes recruitment seriously. Hats off to Mike for setting the bar high! Another aspect that impressed me was the clarity of expectations. Mike was a master at articulating and clarifying the role requirements. His communication was concise yet detailed, ensuring that I had a comprehensive understanding of the position and also insights into the people I would be interviewing with and what they may expect to see and hear from me. This clarity greatly helped me prepare for the subsequent stages of the interview process. Kudos to the team for being so transparent! All together, the interview process was a delight. It struck a perfect balance between being engaging and enjoyable. I had the opportunity to showcase my skills and experience, all while learning more about the company culture and values.

More details on how the products teams are organised for new candidates, this can be done through a pdf or presentation as it will help with recruitment especially for designers and engineers. Luckily we are working on this now internally.
