- The people are absolutely lovely, and really make the place special to work at. - Salary for office staff was pretty decent. - Working hours are good and overall care for staffs well being is good, excellent health and safety.

- Your face has to fit or you won't last. I saw many people come and go in the short time I was there, When you start they really try to push the caring family business vibe, but this doesn't last, it simply about profit and it feels like staff are thought of as just a number costing the business money. - Make sure anything you agree at interview stage you get in writing, wfh, salary increases after probation, etc.. I saw a few people fall victim to this. - This is a company that doesn't reward hard work, but they will happily shadow promote you, by making false promises and not delivering. - Despite all the fluff and pretence, management don't care, the directors infight at the expense of the business and the people. - Business is full of little groups all working in different directions.

Great culture. Good atmosphere and work environment. Good interesting products created and manufactured. Enjoyable place to work. Interesting and never boring. Constantly striving to improve.
