Pros
The clients were great, it's very fulfilling work, you can do what ever you want as far as groups and counseling, almost no supervision ever.
Cons
10 dollars an hour with a Masters degree, even though part time I had 30 or more clients, they kept me just under 40 so I didn't get benefits. Sometimes I had more clients than the full timers. No help from management, never saw the director of the place come down stairs even 1 time in a year. It's unreal the amount of paper work they expected the case managers to do, it was humanly impossible. They even expected you to collect and keep track of insurance claims, even though they had a financial department, heard the bosses daughter was in there which would explain a lot. This Is the absolute bottom job that everyone dumps there work on. STRESS!
