Pros

The handful of great coworkers

Cons

Like the previous reviewer.... Management is full of themselves. They think they run some successful high fashion clothing line all on their own. Management doesn’t want you to be creative because it is an unfamiliar concept to them. Management doesn’t want you to think because it goes against their ego. They think their twisted, skewed opinion trump facts. Every corner of this company is chaotic. They can’t meet deadlines because they have no process and no accountability. No one gets a chance to advance unless you are personally related. Anyone who is management is family or in someway related to the owners. These people, who don’t have the necessary skill sets or knowledge, are given leadership roles. Turn over is extremely high because there is simply no future here.

Pros

You will have nice co-workers, unfortunately, many of them leave soon.

Cons

Company is too big to be running it like a 5 person family business. Their values are very much based on quantity, not quality. Every aspect of which they run their business is unorganized, no critical or logistical thinking. No modernization. Instead of hiring or promoting skilled people, they keep giving important positions to their inexperienced kids/nephews/neices/ friends of family. Nepotism at it's Worst! For a company of over 100 employees and owners of a factory in China, they have No supervisor or management teams. So instead, there is so much micromanaging because they don't know what they're doing. Forced over time. The weekly hours are a minimum of 45 hours, no less. They promise bonuses, holiday, and sick pay only if you've been there for a year to entice you to stay and then they fire so many people before Christmas. No PTO. These people are complete narcissistic psychopaths and they breed a work culture based on abuse and negative reinforcement. Truly awful, egotistical, backwards, low quality, tacky business owners. They love to say "We don't care how it gets done as long as it gets done."
