      Pros

      I can only speak about my experience but I've been with the company for 7 years, they have allowed me to move and train for different departments. Allowing my skills to grow. Wages can be on the low end however, I do have full-time work and benefits plus overtime.

      Pros

      Full time employment with a decent benefits package. Major blockbuster releases flow through this company regularly. Unique technical infrastructure.

      Cons

      Very long hours. Not a great fit for those with children or those who seek a work/life balance.
