Pros
Smaller company environment, can have a broader scope of role, so more opportunity to learn earlier in your career
Cons
The current leadership team is not good. The leaders are authoritarian, they don’t provide any actual leadership, just orders. Employees provide feedback and it is not actioned upon, they do not care to fix it. They are focused on making the company more money, with little regard for employee wellbeing. Don’t be fooled by the “family environment”, they care less about you than most major corporations would, and yet they expect more. Employees are on calls in the early morning, at night, all day long - very little work life balance. My advice is to steer clear of this organization and find a different role somewhere else - you’ll probably be paid more and be much happier.
