A weekly paycheck until they took that away. I met a few good people here that made it worthwhile.
Cons
Was an exciting first start into the sales field until I realized what I got sucked into. There was a some short lived growth after I started, didn't take much for anyone to get in the door. Really made for an unprofessional work environment and as someone had mentioned previously it really was a zoo. If people in management and supervisors can't maintain a professional demeanor without getting sucked into petty agent drama it really helps put your company into a downward spiral quick. This place was a contained mess before the good staff members and supervisors got laid off. It's makes for a very stressful lifestyle when you and your co-workers have to constantly wonder whose getting fired next.
