No benefits, low pay, no vacation or sick time, they give you a hard time if you call out or can’t make it to a shift

They typically provide consistent, steady shifts to employees who are regulars at a site.

They are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Management is unwilling to help and becomes hostile when you ask basic questions or request additional shifts. They seem to believe they can speak to employees however they want, with no accountability. I do not recommend working here. The pay is terrible—$24 an hour to work in some of the worst cities is completely unreasonable. You’re being asked to potentially put your life at risk for pay that does not match the responsibility or danger of the job. It simply does not make sense.
