Pros
The fact that Sterling is a small company means that there are opportunities to be involved in and learn different aspects of the business. I also met some great people while working here.
Cons
There is too much favoritism at Sterling to the point where there is division among departments. Legitimate feedback to improve processes and functions are often disregarded by upper management. Frustrations by veteran and new employees have resulted in high turnover rates.
