This is a great company to work for. The owners are great people who care about the employees well being.

Their are really no cons that are worth mentioning.

Hours - Work life balance during non busy times. Gloves were always on hand.

You had to be a "Jack" of all trades. Shipping - Receiving - Warehouse - Distribution. There was no classification as to what your job title exactly was. No metrics to see where/how your performance was measured. Upon exit interview, I mentioned FMLA, and she was unsure of the classification because of company size. Some people like it warm, others cold - had a hard time seeing 58 during the winter. Forms had to be cleaned and the dust from them was always air-borne - very dusty environment. PPE was never enforced and no body knew what level of particles were OSHA safe. Lost vacation time upon leaving the company.
