Pros

-A few nice people on the team

Cons

-TERRIBLE WORK ENVIROMENT. Lower level employees are disrespected and sometimes work practices are illegal (no lunch break, overtime without pay) -Agents and execs are all ego-driven maniacs. There is no respect for clients/artists or other employees at the firm. -I saw an agent throw a stapler at their assistant

Pros

- Very casual for a talent agency - Passionate group of people - Get exposed to the entertainment industry in many different facets

Cons

- Lack of growth - promotions are rare - Lack of Oversight on certain behaviors of different departments, bias toward certain groups - Low starting pay - late night/odd hours (that being said, norm in this industry)

Pros

It really feels like a family. The team is amazing and supportive, and they make sure everyone feels valued. Plus the agents are all highly-skilled industry veterans who enjoy teaching the assistants about the business.

Cons

The workload and work environment can be very stressful, overwhelming, and demanding. There also isn’t much room for promotion (this is all true of any talent agency, and the work environment is great when the work volume slows down).
