Pros

customers make it the best! fast paced work! fun!

Cons

POOR store management and upper management. they only care about themselves. for a company that pridesitself on family values they care none to little about their employees. management is lazy and rude. co workers are late to work..lazy and do zero work. good employees work hard and get the brunt of the managers frustration about other workers. no breaks even though they are required by law. no life, you are expected to be on call 24/7 and if you cant cover a shift expect to get your hours cut next schedule. management is the worst at this place.. don't care as long as sales are met. awful.

Pros

Great benefits, great customers, great partners

Cons

Poor management, poor communication from management to team, sometimes it is a “dog eat dog” kind of life with hours because of writeoffs but you “have to make” minimum menu items whether they sell or not and if write offs are high the hours are down and they cut people’s hours. Some shops have no room for growth at all. And won’t give you a raise.
