      As long as you agree with everything the management want, you're ok.

      Cons

      A complaint was made against a line manager for bullying. HR fired the employee instead of dealing with the line manager.

      Lots of great long time employees. Dedicated to customers and their product. Strength in the area of product information management, which is essentially legacy.

      Cons

      Continuous churn, reduction in force, lack of innovation and short-term focus.
