Pros
Great group of people and work load isn’t too overbearing. Smaller company so you get to know the people better.
Cons
Pay can be a little low in comparison to similar jobs. At times upper management won’t want to hire help so they will try to overload the departments or techs with wanting them to learn more. Can be spread thin at times.
