Pros

The people are nice, good food, good money

Cons

The tip-out is weird and changes randomly with no notice. Sometimes it felt like it wasn't adding up. 50% automatically goes to the chefs on the habachi side and they report 0$ in tips whether they get given a 20 or not so its not really fair. You also tip out to bar, sushi bar, and bus boys so you defiantly notice when one of the percentages change

Pros

Amazing Boss who is willing to help you with anything in life.

Cons

Horrible coworkers who've worked there gor years and years, before the current owner even. They are all related from a little island and they take advantage of everyone. They 100% run the resturant.

Pros

I enjoyed the adrenaline rush of a busy day. Loved making high sales and high tips. Customer satisfaction and being able to build a clientele over time was nice. Customers around here actually came out every week to support me. Other servers are usually pretty lazy so it was always easy for me to make more.

Cons

The management is unorganized and confused. They give inappropriate wait times and miscommunicate with customers all the time so usually you’re dealing with an angry customer from the start from when they sit down. You have to be your own manager pretty much. They completely contradict what their standards are. Play favoritisms. Unfair with seating. No consequences for bad workers because they can’t afford to fire people. No appreciation for their good workers. Management has double standards. Would rather have illusion servers standing around in the kitchen rather than servers that actually serve and upsale on the floor. No growth and no need to want to get promoted here because worse workers get treated better anyway.
