      Salary was competitive, variety of work and projects was enjoyable, facilities and office was modern

      Cons

      Micro managed, gaslighted by manager, given workload with unrealistic deadlines, expected to work minimum 8 hours overtime unpaid.

      Some people are really nice and want to do good.

      Cons

      Management in CIMTO are vile political protectionists. And in Communities leadership they are all looking out for themselves. Self proclaimed best friends who will never be innovative. Money > customers no matter what they say. And as far an individual treatment it borders on malicious and evil. If you’re not in the CIMTO’s “circle” you’ll be targeted. Don’t bother.
