- platforms used for work were very archaic in comparison to others currently used in the industry - The overall team environment was not supportive in comparison to previous jobs and my current job. I found that most colleagues were disengaged with me, with only a few showing genuine interest in fostering a positive connection. This made the work environment feel isolating. As someone who doesn't struggle making friends, I never experienced anything like that before.
