      Management seems to use your own words against you. Human mistakes are not welcome. They do not set expectations or provide training and resources to set you up for success, and then blame you if you are not perfect right at the start. Favoritism is apparent. Unfortunately, this appears to be a poorly ran operation

      Pros

      Benefits are decent, but that's about it. Everything else about Stockman Bank is terrible! You'd be much better off working anywhere else.

      Cons

      Management is too unreasonable! They make a lot of unreasonable demands, neglect to provide any support or guidance, etc., but expect employees to make zero mistakes! The salary isn't even that good, so I don't know why they have the audacity to ask so much from us!
