Pros
You're given the power to compensate any guest anyway you like, no matter what the issue is. You really do feel good about the work you do.
Cons
Management leaves something to be desired. Employees consistently leave work left to be done, and management will not follow up with them unless its an Auditor.
Never seems like there is room for advancement within hotels, it's like 1 out, 1 in.
No Night Shift differential being paid as well.
Employees in the 1st and 2nd shifts leave a bunch of work left for 3rd shift to do, which typically consists of 1-2 people, rarely it being 2. The management even tries to get you to perform jobs that you haven't been trained in.
Management also keeps adding on new rules and expectations with each month, stacking the work up more and more, and making near impossible goals, with no motivation or reward in sight.
