You will always receive you salary on time.

Staff are treated like machines and expectation are unreasonable. This is due to there not being enough resources allocated to the contract to meet the clients requirements. This leads to a completely unpleasant environment to work in. Compensation and benefits are practically non existent even for over achievers. No growth opportunities either.

Direct Management in my Field is great and the guidance into development is very supportive.

Top Management support is not always there.
