Pros

Medical - dental-vision- 401k employer match-discount on storage unit-paid milage when going to the bank or traveling to another property-closed all major holidays - StoragePro storage properties are very nice & properties are very secure & well equipped. Employee events provided by the company

Cons

No team work-no extensive training as it states in the job description-everyone seems to get the same rate of pay, give or take .50 to $1.00 more/less per hour. Locations managed by StoragePro, may or may not be equipped with the necessary tools/equipment needed to safely & efficiently perform specific job duties- may or may not have security cameras on property or inside buildings- no safety training - out dated Operations Manual- Never received a employee handbook, when I asked about printing one I was told no, the ink in the printer is to expensive & in my down time I should read the operations manual & play around on the computer to familiarize myself with the software the company uses

Pros

The one yearly company paid company picnic to six flags all though it's usually between pay checks so if you leave pay check by paycheck save some cash.

Cons

No holiday parties unless you're a district manager or higher up. They set very high expectations, but then talk down to you if you don't meet them. Your bonus, if you get it, gets split with everyone at ur site, even if they don't do their share of the work. If you ask your dm any questions you don't know the answer to, good luck getting a response. The president of the company tells you to email or call him anytime, and even gives you his number, but your district manager tells you not to ever contact him. The regional manager has you lie to the site owners just so he looks good. They tell you to run your site as if it's your own, but you really have no say in any part of it. A lot of favoritism and bad-mouthing from district and regional managers toward other site managers. You can complain all you want to your district manager about something, but nothing gets done to fix the issues. They don't need a reason to fire you and your basically nothing unless your higher up the chain. Their operations binder is outdated and even the regional binder doesn't follow the rules in the book.
