Great people, growing pains - Sales Storbie Employee Review

Great team of people and there’s always something happening in the office - social events, weekly sports, etc.

We’ve pretty much doubled in size over the last year, which is awesome. But nothing has been put in place to accommodate this; there are no processes or procedures. We ask time and again for things to be implemented to make it an easier environment to work in - more communication, better prioritised resourcing, etc. and nothing changes. We are told things will happen and they don’t. There is little communication between management and employees, and between teams. Feels like there is a lot of “going over people’s heads” happening.

Great team and atmosphere at the office. Is a startup sized company so the future is a bright one!

Having a small team often means that you will have to juggle more than one project at once.
