      Pros

      Overall the work experience has been good. The company is stable with a great reputation in the industry. Engineering seems to be moving forward with new ideas and products. The level of technology is slowly increasing

      Cons

      The lead acid market seems like it will have a drop out at some point and SENS isn't prepared for it (Li-Ion is starting to make it way into home markets). The chargers they do make could work for Li-Ion and could be industry leaders in reliability as they are in lead acid.

      After 2+ years at the company, I've seen so much growth - the business outlook is phenomenal. Great culture within my department and across the company. Very collaborative.
