I know and understand that information is explained dutingg the onbording sesion and a guide document is in the system, maybe the new employee can be a little bit confused with the information, so I recomend to share the guide document via email,

The team at Stori is smart and works hard. My manager gives me a lot of room to decide what projects to take on and how to complete them. He provides good feedback and good ideas when I am stuck. I have learned that I can also ask for help. People care about the success of the company, and are willing to help me. I am learning a lot. I have worked at a few companies before and I think that I am now doing the best work of my career. I also appreciate that the company leaders are available to talk about projects and my career development.

The teams are very busy. We have high goals and don't always know how to hit them. It took me a while to learn how to manage the stress and to focus myself on important projects and get them done.
