      Pros

      Easy work. Hard to get fired. Sometimes fun.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Upper management doesn't even live in the state yet constantly sends adjustments to our practices because they watch us on cameras. Hours are terrible. Outdoors in THE DESERT with very little in the way of keeping us cool (or warm in winter)

      lunch was 3.50 i don't have many pros, this job ruined my mental health
