Pros
The culture is very attractive and the music creates a high energy environment which is a nice change of pace. The people are fun, there truly are some motivating and intelligent leaders. Kitchen is always stocked and the office is in a convenient location. Multiple incentives to win additional cash and rewards which helps.
Cons
This review is here because it's only fair to let people know some of the reality that has happened here for the last 4-5 years. It's just the way it is and if it doesn't affect you or your mindset, then you will probably love it here. Of all the leaders in the company, Corey Frank is the only brilliant one. Everyone else is just trying to mirror his tactics and it tends to fall short. For those that have been here awhile and can emulate his leadership, it'll work for the mass majority of reps - otherwise you're going to just feel like it's a cheap rip off. Good artists copy, great artists steal, right? Only a small percentage of SW leaders understand this. I'm not going to hate on the long hours or comp plans - there's no point, it's a sales gig and with that comes a mountain of relative challenges. My issue is with the CEO. He is undoubtedly smart but not in the same way as Corey. He has more of a manipulative, unethical character flaw that you just can't shake. He uses money as a weapon of power and once you've been here long enough you literally see right through it, we all do. There are women in the company that you just feel sorry for because he has them so entwined in this pitiful web of lies and the only glue holding them to this company is the money he pays them. They know they won't make that money elsewhere and at this point they're in too deep to turn back (queue Tom's defensive internal rebuttal) I’m not the only person who feels that prospective reps (women especially) should be warned about coming here if these things are a concern to you. We did prayer group for a while but many stopped going because a man with no ethical principle should not be speaking the Word of God - he's a Pharisee and I pray that he changes his ways. He may be looking at his good deeds like the charity work, donations, "fearless" provider of the SW family but...it's just not ethical. If you can look beyond these things, StormWind can be a nice change of pace with lessons to be learned and perks to be had.
