Thanks for you feedback - we take all reviews seriously and appreciate that you have taken the time to post.
It is our hope that the environment, culture, communication, and training that we provide to all our employees is consistent, fair, and beneficial. To be honest, your feedback does come as a surprise - especially if you experienced any unprofessional or hostile behavior from upper management. This type of behavior is never acceptable, has never been and will never be tolerated. I am unaware of it and as a member of the management team, would not and will not tolerate it. Unfortunately I can't imagine any circumstances in the past which this did or would have happened.
The entry level positions here at Straight North are designed to be a learning environment. Today, all of the current Internet Marketing positions are filled with employees who have started in entry-level positions. Our goal and our track record support this career path objective, and I was disappointed to hear that your experience was not consistent with this.
Finally, our hope is to manage the salary increases with the career advancement opportunities, and to date we believe we have demonstrated that. Each entry level employee has what we consider (and what I think your feedback supports) is a generous benefits package, and includes overtime pay.
Again, I am disappointed to learn that you had a less-than satisfying experience here, but hope that yours is the exception and not the rule. I am also available for any follow up conversation if you would like.
