Pros
- There is good pay and management is decent.
- Pay is decent, and the discount is quite generous
- Good flexibility
Cons
- Hours are limited to 3 hour shifts for most unless you are the manager. - - That means the only way to get hours is to work every other day instead of long shifts, therefore somewhat limiting flexibility.
- I have ended up working alone for the last three/four hours and they do not give you a 10 minute paid break, or even permit you to leave and close to go to a bathroom.
- You work alone most shifts.
- Again, to say, no 10 minute break. Managers will not also care to enforce it even though it's a legal requirement for 4 hours.
