Pros
The culture here is that of a hard-working, client-oriented company. Flexible working environment and a coworkers that truly care about one another and their lives outside of work.
Cons
There seems to be some resistance to change (in terms of tech, innovation, structure, etc..) and some old-fashioned values (I'm thinking of a few specific people so that's not necessarily engrained in the culture). I think any company has this though. Most of the leaders here are middle-aged white men, which is not inherently bad, but we must ask ourselves, why is that? We have yet to transition from small/mid size, Midwest company to becoming a world-class design firm, but that can and will take years. I think despite all this, that Strang is headed in the right direction.
